Ever since I decided to study technical science and design at the age of 16 I have come up with all kinds of product ideas. Some was realized as school projects but most of them was put on the shelf. 2013 I took one big step towards making my own products, I started my own business. And 3 years later I decided take on the big task to bring my first innovation to the market – Pulverlansen.

The Powder Lance is a fire equipment that makes it possible to perform a fast first act, attacking the fire from a secure place outside the building. It is designed for firefighters, in particular the ones driving the FIP vehicle (First Response Person) but suitable for any one that can be the first person on site.

A great deal of ambition and patience is required. You have to work long hours with no pay and risk a quite fair amount of money. I am designing, developing and protecting my design testing and certifying, getting knowledge of firefighting, getting the right network of contacts, finding subcontractors for manufacturing, resellers and customers. Finding financial support, participate in idea competitions, finding business coaches and partners.
